The food here almost ruined our trip. Considering all the fine dining in Chicago, to have ended up spending $65 for lunch and going away hungry is inexcusable. The chicken had a texture of pencil erasers, and the halibut tasted not fresh but extremely heavy on the "fish" side. All in all, there's much better value, and much more rewarding dining experiences than jicama and goat cheese.
Never again. I've spread the word to all the people I know who are planning a visit to Chicago. -- 8/10/2004 3:31:36 PM
