Last Friday evening,at 4:50 p.m., my husband and I had a terrible experience not the fault of the restaurant but the poor waitress. Shortly after we were served a Bunyan Onion (Not by the waitress but a male servant)I tipped over a glass of water. The table, chairs, dishes, floor and my lap were soaked. We tried to catch the eye of Shilo, our waitress, but she never looked at our table. After 10 minutes, she came by, noticed our distress and said ``I will be back. I just seated a new party.` 13 minutes later, when she brought the salads, she came back with 2 new napkins. She never wiped the table or gave us a new bread plates. (The old ones, which she removed, were full of water and ice.) She did bend over and wipe the floor. Later on a manager wiped up the remainder of the water but never cleaned the wet chairs or asked if we were okay. We finished our salads, waited 17 minutes for our steaks to be served, quickly ate and left the restaurant. Now you may wonder why we didn't call the manager over and ask about this. My husband is the type of man who prefers not to make a scene. Instead he said we'd just leave never to return. What a disappointment for we have been loyal fans since it opened.
