Been coming to VB since 1970 - lived there 2 years. Overall, the quality has gone down at the Caps and the prices went up. Sadly, I don't frequent it there anymore as it is a tourist trap. Nice motif, but beware of your conversations when seated around that ornate dome in the ceiling. As we sat eating, it sounded as tho someone was talking to me..loud and clear...but they were talking about their intimate sex lives...not knowing the dome acts like a giant parabolic reflector...it took only a few seconds to locate the two women who were seated about 20 feet away...so, please beware! maybe I shouldn't have mentioned this!!!
