I visited this restaurante 8/6/04. I was overcharged $66.00. The sale was voided and I was assured that it would not reflect in my account. I called back, spoke with a manager who assured me again that this would not reflect in my account. The next day I checked my account to find that the charged was reflected in my account. I called back spoke with a different manager who assured me he would take care of it and call me back. After not hearing from him I called back. A third manager heard my story and told someone `this is that lady calling about her *darn card again.` I am still waiting to have this resolved. 8/10/04 (edited)
