This was not only the worst barbecue we've ever had but one of the worst restaurants we're ever been to. We had the ribs and a beef brisket sandwich; the ribs were dry and flavorless and they even left the membrane on the ribs. The sandwich tasted like it was smothered in ketchup--and the bean side dish tasted like a can of pork of beans from the supermarket--flavorless! The place was almost empty on the Friday night we went (which should have been a sign)and they had teens working there that didn't look like they wanted to be there either. We're not too picky--but we would definitely take somewhere like Arby's over this place. We went because we had an Entertainment coupon--even with the free meal the amount we spent wasn't worth it. We both forced down half our meal just to get something in our stomachs and threw the rest away. Go next door to the Purple Cafe--no barbecue, but great food, wine, and atmosphere.
