I have been going to Quinn's over many years. They are consistently great for a relaxed atmosphere upstairs, where peanuts are available at every table. And peanut shells cover the floor. The view makes you feels like a sailor, stopping off for a tasty filling meal. Their hamburgers are a joy, if you don't want superb seafood. If they have Cajun clams, get them and expect to sop up every drop of the garlicky broth with excellent French bread -- the kind with a hard crust and a soft, moist interior. Heart Healthy items are noted on the menu. The downstairs has a more formal decor. For the 2 times, I had occasion to eat downstairs it was as excellent as the `pub` upstairs, but on a different level-- so to speak. The service is young, friendly and prompt.
