What a shame that the Naperville location has such poor quality management - was delivered a $34 porterhouse steak that was ordered medium: 1/2` thick & delivered well done: management had 2nd steak delivered after the others in our party had finished & table had been cleared: the manager on duty said that as long as the replacement steak was delivered we, no matter how late it was, nothing needed to be `comped` -SAVE yourself the aggrivation!! Go directly to Sullivan's for DEPENDEDABLE service, GREAT managemment & food or wait for Hugo's Frog Bar opening early fall!!!
