this is one of my favorite restaurants in evansville. Certainly the best chinese in the city. The only exclusive off the menu chinese restaurant in town, not another HOG TROUGH buffet.My favorite is the moo-shee pork with mandarine pancakes and plum sauce. YUM!!! I own one of Evansvilles nicest restaurants so I know a good one when I see it. Lucky Dragon is a good one, you will like it. Cheers to Mrs. Tang and Lucky Dragon!
