This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in all of Los Angeles. The food is amazing, flavorful, not to mention incredibly inexpensive. The menu consists of about a dozen different types of ramen noodles, dumplings, fried rice, salads and all sorts of other Japanese style dishes. I highly recommend the Curry Ramen, fried wontons, ban ban ji, and the Oriental Chicken Salad. For around $5 you can get an enormous bowl of steaming hot ramen. I never get tired with the place and i can always count on Asahi to have quick service, cheap prices and amazing food. It's truly a hidden gem.
