I believe the true lesson may be not to choose one of the busiest restaurant nights of the year to try a new restaurant. Try Mamma's again when neither you nor Mamma are rushed and you will be delightfully suprised.- Is follow up to post by leodore2 ...
My first visit was Valentine's Day with a reservation I waited 1 1/2 hrs, had courses served with 1 hr waiting time between them and was visibly rushed because they overbooked. As far as the food was concerned, it wasn't worth the wait but the service was even worse. I have to wonder how much garbage paying customers will tolerate.
