	Sitting out in the courtyard enjoying the sun and the breeze is the best part of going to La Margarita. The second best is their Pollo al Carbon. This grilled chicken is perfectly moist on the inside with a nice, smoky flavor. The service is a little on the slow side but everything is well worth the wait.
