I am not sure what the previous reviewers had such a problem with-I love this place and they just opened a new restuarant behind it called the Park Chalet, which, except for trading in an ocean view for a still very nice park view, I like even better. I have always been thrilled with the Beach Chalet, espeically since it could be such a tourist trap considering it's view, but it clearly strives to a higher level.The food is excellent in both places. The park chalet is this awesome restuarant surrounding by green grass, it's totally cool. Killer cocktails too. Score one more for the west end!
