The unprofessional behavior displayed by both our server and the manager were unacceptable. We had appetizers, then encountered a wait staff change... unfortunately, nobody informed our new waiter he needed to serve us. After sitting for an hour with NO service, we finally ordered drinks, which took 30 minutes to get. Then another 30 before the waiter rudely informed us it was his understanding we had already had dinner... in other words, we weren't worth his time. When we addressed the manager, he responded, `So what's your problem? Are you ready to order or not?` If this restaurant were giving away all you can eat everything with free drinks, I still would not set foot in this establishment. It was insulting the way we were treated. Not one apology was made, even after I informed the manager one was in order due to both his behavior and that of his staff. Too many great restaurants in Miami to endure such rudeness.
