A party of six,we waited 27 minutes exactly to be seated to celebrate a family member's 20th anniversary. we waited 15 to 18 minutes for a waitor to take our order. we had to ask for water and the bread basket. the waitor brought us someone else's drinks. the salad was not crisp or fresh and slightly warm. we were seated near the kitchen which was noisy and unappealing. we wanted a window seat but were told we had to wait another 30 minutes if we wanted another table. why? there were a few other unoccupied tables on the other side near the front, and middle of the floor. anyway, lobster was excluded from the menu and the food we did order was above cost and below average. the waiter was unavailable and did not come by to ask if all was ok which was disturbing. the napkins used were slightly soiled and one or two of the plates had to be replaced because they were soiled as well. the two pasta dishes we were served were not thoroughly cooked and was cold to the touch.
