I recently had lunch here with a friend and our experience wasn't great. The portions are small and the food was a little bland for me- service was good (the server had very strong wine knowledge)- I have since spoken to several people who have eaten at Il Buco and the atmosphere is what makes this place for so many people- but even that has shortcomings (we were seated in the front and the tables are about six inches apart). A lot of people thought the staff was rude- I didn't find that to be true in the least- the quality of the food presented to me is why I go to any restaurant and for that reason I will not return to Il Buco.
