I placed an order of 34 grilled (17) chicken & (17) fried shrimp salads on 4/16/2004. When I placed the order, I confirmed Bayou Grill would put names on the boxes, & include their requested salad dressings. When I picked up the order, the shrimp and the chicken were mixed together in 2 separate boxes. The salads were in separate box. The dressings were all mixed together in a bag. I asked why my order was not fixed as I requested. I was told (by one of the managers, a lady with a pony tail braid, no name tags) if Bayou Grill did that for me, I would expect it each time, & that would spoil me. This took a great deal of my time, looking in each box to see whether it was chicken or shrimp, while people waited for their lunch. A spreadsheet was provided, and sorted by lunch to assist Bayou Grill in marking the boxes. Also the chicken was dry & tuff, and very little of it, compared to the shrimp. I asked for extra dressings, and was charged $17.00 for the dressings. If I had been in the restaurant, the extra dressing would have been free. I was very disappointed in the service & the attitude. I will never use Bayou Grill again, because they will tell you anything to get your business, and then you are stuck with what they decided to do for you. I had no time to find an alternative, because I was providing lunch for a corporate meeting at our office.
