Jimmy Seas is not elegant, in terms of its staff or ambiance, but then it doesn't pretend to be. They pack as many people as they can into their small restaurant, and because its so popular, it gets FEELING small fast! But if you're looking to roll up your sleeves and dive into homemade pasta cooked to order with garlic and fresh herbs (there's an herb garden in front), seafood, chicken or a vegetarian selection, velvety cream sauces, or richly flavored tomato sauces served piping hot most often in their own pan, then this is it. The price seems high until you realize you will probably get another meal out of the huge portion they bring you. Order roasted garlic for the bread and their olive tray to have along with the salad. And yes, get there early if you don't want a long wait.
