I invited my family visiting NYC from California because we wanted to dress casually without spending a fortune. We called about 30 minutes ahead for a party of six and the table was ready when we arrived. As we entered past the bar there was an interesting Mexican motif mural along the wall. The margaritas were excellent and the most popular menu choice was the “Create your own” combination platter. All the guests raved about the tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and chimichangas. A handful of tables extended back past the bar and were active with both locals and visitors. This dinner location choice was comfortable for both younger and older adults and I was happy with the bill, well under $200 including a 20% service charge.
