Customer service is horrible... Don't buy alcoholic beverages from Po Melvins, because they forget to put alcohol in them, & you still have to pay. If you order it, you pay. Even if what they bring you is not what you ordered you still have to pay. Even if they take half of it away from you without asking, you still have to pay. Any other restruant that I have visited would gladly try to find out what was wrong & offer to make it better & generaly try to take care of thier customer so they will return again. NOT Po Melvins!!! You Order - You Pay - No Exceptions I'm going to miss the Pot Roast...
