In response to uklbn64... Mariann's Italian Villa is under new ownership. It has been for the past 6 months and the service is wonderful. Mariann's is a family oriented restuarant and it couldn't be in better hands!!! My family and I wouldn't go anywhere else to eat Italian food except for at Mariann's.
