I have lived in the state of New Mexico for the past 14 years, and I have yet to ever come accross any B.B.Q. Restaurant that even slightly compares to Emil Villas Hickory Pit!!! I Swear to you there is no place worth eating B.B.Q here in New Mexico, after you've ate at Emil's. I grew up in Hayward Calif. So I'm very familiar with Emil Villas Restaurant. They are ABSOLUTELY the BEST place to feast on the most mouth watering ribs that you'll ever eat, My mouth is watering now just thinking about them! YUM, YUM. I love that sauce.!!! My husband and I are planing to come to California in July and you can bet that Emil Villas will be the first place we stop to eat, I can't wait!!
