Although NS has good food, good portion sizes, they need to come up with better greeting/seating procedures. At the height of the lunch hour-confusion reigns supreme here. Don't be convinced you'll get the reserved table you've requested either-when our party of 8 arrived for a birthday luncheon, they told us they had NO reservation.Yikes!
