I went to Lelli's on Valentines with a 9:30pm reservation. We arrived to find out they had overbooked and completely disregarded the fact that we had reservations - it was basically based on the order you walk in. We were finally seated at 11pm. The table we were taken to was not set up and we did not receive menus/water/or bread until 15 minutes after we were seated. Our steaks were undercooked and came out at 12:40am! We had to eat our dinner at 1am, at which point the waiters hardly served us. We received no apologies or concessions for the poor treatment and paid a grossly overpriced bill. Needless to say, food isn't this restaurants largest problem. Its their service, and I was apalled that a restaurant of its caliber had such poor customer service. I will never go there again. The food itself was not worth the price, there are much better steakhouses in this area.
