Waste of my time & $$! My wife & I ate at the downtown location & the service was horrible. Restaurant was very busy(no excuse for bad service) & my wife's chair was in the main aisle. Her head & back were bumped at least 20 times, and the waitress took 15 minutes to greet us, with no expalantion or apology as to where she was. We got our food (which was good) & she disappeared for another 20 minutes as our drinking glasses remained empty. She was on her other tables like glue, which made me even angrier. I called the manager over & he gave me his business card & advised that next time we come in to call him and he will give us a better table/service. Next time?? No new table offered or free dessert, just a business card for my next visit, PLEASE! The waitress appeared with the check & I let my feelings about the service be reflected in my tip.
