I had lived in Cleveland for ten years and always heard if you wanted a good steak that Jim's Steakhouse was the place to go. On my 37th birthday my wife took me there, what a mistake!!!!!! My medium rare steak was served raw,I asked for them to take the steak back and cook it. It came back a deathly shade of grey and steaming,it appeared to have been thrown in a pot of boiling water. Possibly the worst meal I have ever had in a reputable restaurant. Thomas A. Burke
