	As New York City foodies, we don't get excited about too many restaurants anymore. We hosted a dinner at Aqua on 2/2/04, and it was PERFECT. I would rate it as the best restaurant (food, presentation, preparation, unique combinations, decor, service, wine list) in the U.S. outside N.Y.C. Sauces complimented the entres, didn't distract from them.
