This downtown Montclair restaurant has recently been renamed La Giada. We visited on a Monday night, so it was quiet. I would imagine that this is not the case on weekends. The service was however superb and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the house dish: Veal alla giada. The calamari appetizer will not arrive deep fried, but is prepared more traditionally. I highly recommend this restaurant and the prices are reasonable in relation to the quality.
