Eagan's is the perfect after theatre, symphony, or ballet restaurant. Or to sit outside in summer. The atmosphere is modern elegance at it's finest in Milwaukee. The Ceaser salad with it's thick dressing with pieces of parmesian cheese, or the ahi tuna perfectly rare and flavorful. The salmon saute has been my favorite fish on the menu. Order it the way you like it broiled , it will be that way. Cavier pizza is delightful. So far I have not been let down. That is a rare for most restaurants.
