Dining this evening at Everest was less than expected in service. Food was average to good. Service was as good at any three star in Chicago. When you are making the reservation they as if you are celebrating a special event, clearly birthdays do not qualify, as there was no acknowledgement for it what so ever. Besides wine being served per course after the course was served it was okay.
