I parted company with this place several years ago over a $1.50 charge for an extra tea bag for my hot tea. I was in the restaurant at least twice a month at that time, often with co-workers. We always ordered full meals. Once requested an extra tea bag for my hot tea and was charged $1.50. When I questioned the charge (they do free refills on iced tea, coffee and soft drinks) I was told there was no manager to talk to. I returned a few days later-still no manager to talk to. I again explained my problem and told them that in future Shari's would get my business.
