Out of all the restauraunts I have been too so far, I can honestly say, that the Apollon was my favorite. Yes, the food may be perhaps quite a bit more than a Hardees or something, but the food is extremely high quality. I have recieved well-cooked every trip I took the the Apollon. The atmoshpere is wonderful, the lights, which tend to bother me at many food places were dimmed just so, and the unique european music is quite delightful. Not to mention, every waiter I've had, has been awesome. For, they never once made me feel rushed, considering I can never decide on anything that I want until the waiter has had to make about 4-5 trips back to the table. Not once, have I had to ask for more water. Wrapping up here, the place sets a wonderful comfortalbe atmosphere for talking and being relaxed. The atmosphere sets a perfect mood and does a great job by completely bringing `you` into the European culture. When I'm there, I feel as though I'm truly in Europe, and I actually feel relieved, inspired and beautifully motivated when I walk out those doors. It is like I'm taking a quick trip overseas. The only thing I do not like though, is when it comes time to walk out those doors, away from that `unique` culture.
