	I wish they would build a Pinnacle Peak restaurant in Bakersfield, CA. I have no doubt that it would be full EVERY night. The value is among the best I've ever seen and the food is very good. Trust me, these rednecks love steaks and there are not enough good steakhouses in this area. Also, this area is growing very rapidly in population.
