It is just plain `un-American` if you have never eaten at Toby's Lounge. They have the best broasted chicken in southeast South Dakota! There is no need for a menu. There are only a few choices to make. How many pieces of chicken do you want, and what type of potato. Stop by Toby's if you are going thru Meckling. Don't worry. You have 5 exits to make in a town with a population of about 80.
