I would rate this restaurant a 4 because of the flies that I had in my soy sauce. It was terrible. There were literally dozens of flies on my plate by the time I had poured some soy sauce onto my rice. But the food was average. The price is too expensive for chinese food and the owner of the restaurant is not even chinese. What does that tell you?
