To start with, they lost our reservation. So we had to wait to be seated and it took almost 5 minutes to get a glass of water at our table. Then another 15 minutes for the waiter to show up. Food was served in a normal amount of time. We have to several times, stop another waiter, to get our tea glasses refilled and the same with the water. From what I noticed the waiter only had three tables that he was taking care of,(what was he problem). When we were ready to leave we asked that the check be split (we had two couplres at the table) which he did not do. This also created a problem since one had cash and the other wanted to use a creidt card. The kitchen was next to us were they burned something and we had to sit a smell burnt food while we where eating. The last thing which I know you can not control is dress. At one time the Chart House was very up scale and now I see cutoffs, tee shirts and flip-flops. I was very dispointed with my vist and an embarrassment to me for taking some of my friends there.
