	I recently had the Sunday brunch at Red Mesa and it was wonderful! The menu is very expansive and offers many traditional south west items. I had an egg dish with melted jack and cheddar cheese, which was gently folded into a flour tortilla. It was served with fresh salsa and refried beans. Delicious!
