	Had the most amazing Foie Gras of my life. The Filet was tender and thick...perfectly cooked. I love to dine and drink great wine, and I'd have to say this truly was the most delightful meal of my life due to the head chef's ability to truly create dishes that aren't like anything else on any menu (US or Euro) that I've ever seen.
