Many people have that one special place they go to for life's little celebrations: The Swingside Cafe is that place for us. We spend each Valentine's Day and anniversary there, and bring visiting family and friends for a relaxed, casual-yet-pampered dining experience. The cuisine is absolutely superb (try the Agli Olio) and the service is among the best Seattle has to offer. The owner, Brad, is a gifted chef with an uncanny ability to choose the perfect wine for any meal (and usually not the most expensive bottle!). Seating is close (ten tables in a tiny converted bungalo), but the atmosphere is such that each table has a sense of privacy about it. Treat yourself well - visit this lovely establishment. We can't sing it's praises loud enough!
