Getting a reservation is a nightmare. The service was horrible and the waiter was rude. He made the fondue wrong and it was hard as a brick of cheese. The staff has always been rude but at least the food a few years ago was much better. Try Matterhorn on Van Ness in San Francisco. They have better food, great service and swiss ambiance.
