I have just read the reviews of Le Gourmand and must say that I too am familiar with Parisian and French dining and what you receive at Le Gourmand would cost you much more in Paris. Bruce does wonderful things with foods and herbs. His menu is always delightful, the wine list, while expensive, always offers terrific selections and the service is always very good. In addition Mr. Naftly teaches a cooking class once each month which is a terrific way to eat and learn cooking skills simultaneously.
