	Although the Victorian atmosphere of Bon Ton Restaurant is nice, the quality of the food too often depends upon the day/evening of the week one plans to eat there. Any evening other than Fridays and Saturdays is a risk. Also: if one has ANY complaint about the food or service--no matter how small or large--one is treated with less than civility.
