Be suspicious of ratings that are not accompanied by reviews. That is evident here. Sa Tsu Ki's décor was once authentic--now it is faded and old. Clean by American standards but certainly not by the Japanese. The food is average in quality and uncreative. The prices are outrageous for what is served. There is better tasting and better-priced Japanese cuisine elsewhere in Atlanta. I would avoid this place unless you car runs out of gas on Buford Highway...
