	whilst i enjoyed the food and the cleanliness of the establishment, the mood of the lone staff member (which i believe was one of the owners) left much to be desired. as a person whose means of support relies heavily on courteous customer service, i felt the staff member's demeanor could use some vast improvement. i will never eat there again.
