Forget the barbeque pork you get in `americanized` chinese restaurants. Go to Kau Kau for real barbeque pork. I travel from Tacoma just for their pork. It is absolutely delicious! I have been eating Kau Kau's pork for over ten years and never ever order barbeque pork when I visit other Chines reataurants because it doesn't compare in any way to Kau Kau.
