Head straight for the Japanese side when you enter Chef Orient, order anything from the Teppan menu, and dive straight in to the onion broth soup and sald with YUMMY ginger dressing. Aha! The kids love the show, and we usually stick to the steak and shrimp combos on the menu - the grilled shrimp is heavenly - and this is the only place that my husband will eat shellfish that hasn't been breaded beyond all recognition. We even heard another patron say this is the only place she'll eat lobster! For $5 you can even bring home a pint of their ginger dressing to relive the experience day after day for a week...
