	A couple of weeks ago my wife and I had dinner on a Saturday night. The weekend special was `Prime Rib`. This was truly `Prime`. A cooked to my expectation -- warm and red in the middle; seared on the outside. Seasoning was great. And best of all I was able to MAKE a selection from the large variety of single malt scotch.
