	Alex' Bisto have an excellent menu,wait staff,atmosphere and food, I just wish they were closer to my home near Polaris, Polaris has a great deal of resturants but mostly chains not like Alex's Bistro. I think if they opened one near Poaris it would do a great business...I know I would be there quite a bit.
