Rather new visitor to the Bay Area. Been to this place 3 times. Here's my review of this Palo Alto fast food pub. The place is inconsistant! Fragile staff (moody, unfriendly - especially the older hostess), food is hit or miss; mostly miss! Service; what's that? Uninspired kitchen staff - they don't care about the food they prepare, and it shows! Can anyone speak the language here? Whoa!!! There are much better choices in Palo Alto. Go eslewhere, you'll be glad you did! ;-)
