OUTSTANDING FOOD!! I ate at this restaurant fairly often when I used to live in New York. These memories will stay with me all my life. The food is absolutely fantastic. The ambience is fine, but it is really the food that is spectacular. New York - You do not know how lucky you are to have this restaurant. By the way, before moving to NY I studied Middle Eastern history in Portland, OR. The professors and others who would go to the Middle East would tell the new students to be sure to have a layover in NY so they could go to this restaurant.
