My fiance and I have had two experiences at YangMing. One, we went there for lunch on a weekday and the overall food was mediocore. This mediocrity was made worse by the fact that my fiance had strands of hair in his soup. Upon notifying the waiter about this, the soup was taken away with only a muttered apology. At least they took it off the bill. Deciding to give YangMing another chance, we went for dinner on a weeknight a couple months later. The food was much better this time around, but we were dismayed to discover YangMing has the unusual practice of charging for soda refills. Two rounds of small coke glasses cost close to 8 dollars. Surprisingly, there is no mention whatsoever to this abnormal charge on the main menu. I guess that they must have to pay for the fancy decor somehow.
